Meal Plan Monday - January 13 to 19


Happy New Year Everyone! Here is our meal plan for the week.


Monday - Tomato Tortellini Soup with Foccacia

Tuesday - Chicken and Vegetable Stirflry, Jasmine Rice, Asian Salad.

Wednesday - Baked Potato Soup, Salad, Grilled Cheese

Thursday - Spaghetti with Salad and Garlic Bread

Friday - Fajitas and Salad

Saturday - Grilled Chicken "burgers" with oven fries and Quinoa Salad

Sunday - Oven Fried Chicken, Quinoa Salad, Garden Salad.
